Dates given are dates that debates occurred; questions were selected earlier. Some questions include minor alterations of punctuation to ensure clarity. The minutes are ambiguous about whether decisions were rendered based on the judge’s opinion of the merits of the question or the quality of the debaters’ performance, but evidence of debaters’ comparative success suggests that decisions were likely based at least in part on proficiency.
